It is about time, people recognize that changes are essential. One of the biggest -medication should not be your first answer to fighting your anxiety. I have the clinical evidence that when it comes to Anxiety- No medication needed. Forget the argument that medication is expensive, it does not really matter. Even if we could get it at 1 cent it is still not the choice that you should be making.
Is it not true, that before you fix a car, you find out what is wrong, you don’t just throw things at it. This is the same with Mental Health. I ask you, have you yet to hear any doctor besides that Dr. Amel guy who wants to scan your brain, explain “why” you are feeling anxious. Has any professional ever given you a detailed explanation for your condition.
If your car was not operating properly, would you just change out the engine, or start throwing fluids at it, before you knew actually the reason it was making that “unbearable clanking noise.” If you say “Yes”, please stop reading this post right now. I want you to walk over to the nearest wall, and bang your head repeatedly. It is evident that your brains have shaken loose.
You don’t just throw fluids at your car, and you don’t just throw pills down your throat, because that is the “pill” of 2018. I have yet to hear about a medication that comes without any side-effects. What about following the health ideal to implement the “lowest level of care first.” If you care about yourself, why would you choose something with potential side-effects sometimes mild to those that can be severe.
Is it Really Anxiety?
Back to Anxiety, anxiety is simple, and I wish people will learn about the reason that it is their experience. Immediately, the person talks about feeling anxious, but not about their life events. Listen people, nothing in your life is suspended animation. Everything has an attachment to something. If you are feeling anxious, which in so many cases the word “anxiety” you hear people tossing around, and it is not even anxiety. It is angst. Anxiety is actually a clinical term, that people use incorrectly about 90% of the time.
Anxiety, fear, angst?
That alone is very disturbing to a clinician like myself. You are not anxious, you are afraid, fearful, nervous, apprehensive. It seems just like everyone had Celiac disease 2 years ago. Just being able to say you suffer from “Anxiety” provides some type of “false pride” and you get to be a member of some type of big club.
True anxiety is about low serotonin. How did it get too low, this would be 2 ways, 1. too many negative life events, and 2. our food can no longer, repair what these events are doing to us. Like I said earlier, you first have to have “anxiety” in your family wheelhouse. Those that do not have anxiety as a predisposition, will never feel anxious.
My suggestion, is you take out a list of “feelings” and learn to have a more effective vocabulary. When it comes to “so called” anxiety, my guess is there is a huge percentage of people out there, feeling over-whelmed with all that life throws at you, and those that are feeling some frustration, and even agitation.
These are all real emotions, but they are not anxiety, and therefore do not call for Xanax or Valium. Whether you recognize it, those are benzodiazapines and are clinically, medically prescribed for true anxiety. Which by the way is a mental struggle.
Benzos do what?
Above all, those medications are serious, potent and extremely addictive. Just going through withdrawal, when not using Wellotonin can be life-threatening and so frightening. There are not a lot of people that I know that do not enjoy electric zaps to their head.
This is just one of the multitudes of withdrawal effects you can experience. Ironically, people just blindly trust their doctors and take these medications. Later on, when they can’t get off and are crying like a child, then they begin to recognize some of the questions, they should have been asking.
The most unbelievable part, is once you go off these medications, the symptoms come right back in most cases. Really, how good are they? It is like getting car repairs at a very expensive body shop, and once you drive out, the car damage begins to re-appear. (maybe a stupid analogy, but so is taking Xanax in my opinion.)
What are you supposed to do?
I believe if you are going to complain about something, you should also have the resolution. I have had this answer for over 11 years. It is so unfortunate, that when it comes to mental health, people rather keep their conditions a secret even when they could be helping others. I say this, because my Wellotonin theory and formula has changed the lives of over 2000+ people already.
Yet, it has been impossible to get 1 of these people to do a live testimonial. This is how self-centered and people are when it comes to things. Not me, I blast the fact that I made Wellotonin after figuring how mental health really worked after I was the victim of a Rottweiler attack, and this and so many subsequent issues, were the cause of my severe OCD manifest into intrusive thoughts.
Finally when it comes to mental health, it really is no difference if you suffer, from depression, anxiety, OCD or anger it is all the same – the cause is low serotonin. Again, it is just like different people have different color eyes, yet glasses work for each. Sorry, this is first analogy I can come up with.
From all that I experience, two discoveries evolve. 1 what we learn in school is not correct, 2 Just how paramount, nutrients and food was too our entire health and daily functioning. The truth is we will all be nuts, without these nutrients. Some of us are on our way, and every day others will be joining.
I am not going to be politically correct and use clinical terms, because the average person just knows they are feeling horrible, they are agitated, or intolerant, impatient, not sleeping, emotionally eating, and hearing demons and so much more. What they really need to know, is all of these symptoms can be temporary if and when their brain gets the vitamins, and nutrients it is starving for. Once this is achieved, then begins the natural healing.
I have proved this over and over, and I will never stop saying the same thing.
