Let’s just recognize, if we overindulge, we will be over-weight. If we eat foods that are overly, processed, and have GMOs, we probably too will be overweight, and probably in pain, not sleeping and stressed. Why, I am sure there are many that would like to debate this issue, but I know when I began eating only foods with no GMOs, organic and imported food, (other countries don’t bastardize their foods) I dropped 20 lbs in my late 50s without even trying.
One of the biggest reasons behind this, I think these chemicals increase our appetites. I can’t say for sure, but now I wear a size 4. I was a size 2, but that was just too thin. Besides good foods not packing on the weight, I find myself feeling better, healthier, having far more energy and look younger than most people my age.
For this reason, it kills me to see parents buying dairy foods and wheat products for their little children. It took years before the dairy companies bought a vowel and recognized the rBGH needed to go. Let’s not forget that entire chapter with high fructose corn syrup.
